Our Founder and Principal Consultant, Pamela Ellsworth, PHR, Certified Mediator, has been in the Human Resources field for several years, holds a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification, Mediation certification, Life Coaching certification, Human Rights certification, among other training and accomplishments. She’s an affiliate HR advisor for prominent firms and holds board of director roles in local HR and community groups. In January 2020, Ellsworth Consulting started conducting business based out of California; serving clients in multiple states across the USA (even some outside the USA!). In July 2021, after a lot of change, growth, planning, restructuring and rebranding, Eagle Mountain HR was officially formed as an entity in Idaho. With a small, solid team of experienced professionals and a bright future, the core of who we are remains the same: a firm dedicated to helping people and businesses achieve their goals. We serve clients all over the U.S.A. and have a committment to QUALITY and COMMUNITY. Our small team is comprised of dedicated individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
