Leading Well Strategies focuses on the sustainable performance of high-impact leaders through coaching and training of their whole self (mind, body, spirit & relationships) and on their leadership. It's one thing to perform well in the short-term. It's entirely different to do so for a career. I spent three decades in the government, all of it in high-expectation, high-consequence environments. I learned that there's often a cumulative negative impact to the constant drive for high performance, which many people experience as stress, exhaustion, or burnout. It doesn't have to be that way. I help leaders build sustainable performance throughout their careers using individual or group coaching, workshops, and keynote speaking. I combine my professional experience, education, and training with practical and evidence-based practices to help you be your best, lead your best, and create thriving cultures!
