What I teach is not rocket science, but people have ridden amazing revenue and leadership rockets as a result of the work we do. Most remarkable success was with indeed.com; installed our leadership philosophy Globally; They exploded and sold to RECRUIT of Japan for an undisclosed sum. My work began when indeed did less than $20MM a year in sales. Now, they are the largest global job site, and their sales annually begin with a "B". The Klymshyn Method was installed in the U.S., Ireland, Germany, Italy, Canada, Belgium & France. My development process is driven by (and focused on) the power of language. The philosophy and methodology have been enthusiastically and energetically installed in companies From Barcelona to Dublin (Technology leaders such as Wallbox, Indeed, SearchSpring,) to Toronto (Commercial Real Estate Leaders like Avison Young) to Miami, Mexico City to Maui, Manhattan to Killington) via live experiences.
